These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LootNex platform, operated by Noventra Tech Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “LootNex”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17256413, with its registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ.

LootNex is a specialist peer-to-peer platform for CS2 cosmetic items — including knives, gloves, agents, rifles, pistols, and other in-game skins and wearables (collectively, “Items”). By accessing or using lootnex.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please cease using the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to register an account, make purchases, list Items for sale, or request payouts on LootNex.
  • By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
  • Registration requires a valid and active Steam account. You must link your Steam profile and provide a current Steam Trade URL. You are solely responsible for maintaining your Steam trade eligibility, including keeping Steam Guard enabled for a minimum of 15 days and ensuring your account is free of active trade bans or holds.
  • You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
  • If you register on behalf of a business or legal entity, you confirm that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • LootNex reserves the right to decline or revoke registrations and to restrict or terminate access where use of the platform would violate applicable local law or regulatory requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform and Services

  • LootNex operates as a facilitated digital platform enabling users to buy and sell CS2 cosmetic items. We do not develop, publish, host, or hold ownership over any CS2 content, game software, or associated intellectual property.
  • All CS2 items, hero names, game assets, and related trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Valve Corporation. LootNex has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with Valve Corporation or any other game publisher.
  • LootNex’s role is limited to: listing facilitation, transaction matching, payment processing coordination, and delivery via Steam trade offers. We act as an intermediary only and are not a direct party to any transfer of virtual assets between users.
  • Item availability, pricing, and listing content are user-generated and subject to change at any time. LootNex does not guarantee the availability of any specific Item or category.
  • Certain platform features — including the ability to list Items or request payouts — may require completion of identity verification before activation.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any linked Steam account details.
  • All activity conducted through your LootNex account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at info@lootnex.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or security compromise.
  • LootNex will never contact you to request your Steam password, 2FA codes, or any other sensitive security credentials. Do not share such information with any party claiming to represent LootNex.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or used in a manner contrary to the platform’s intended purpose.
  • Enhanced identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to processing withdrawals, high-value transactions, or other sensitive account actions, in accordance with our AML compliance obligations.

4. Purchasing Items

  • By submitting a purchase order on LootNex, you agree to pay the full listed price together with any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges displayed at checkout.
  • All payments are processed exclusively through authorised third-party payment service providers operating in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Noventra Tech Ltd does not directly hold, store, or process card payment data.
  • Available payment methods are displayed at the point of checkout and may vary by region. LootNex reserves the right to modify available payment options at any time.
  • The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • LootNex reserves the right to block, suspend, decline, or reverse any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect technical failure, fraud, abuse, or regulatory non-compliance, without prior notice to the user.
  • All Visa and Mastercard transactions are processed in accordance with the applicable network rules of those payment brands. Display of payment brand logos on this platform does not imply any partnership or endorsement relationship.
  • Transaction processing times are determined by external banking institutions and payment networks and are not guaranteed by LootNex.

5. Item Delivery

  • Purchased Items will be transferred directly to your linked Steam inventory via a Steam trade offer. Delivery typically occurs within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation.
  • In exceptional circumstances — including platform maintenance, Steam API disruptions, or inventory verification requirements — delivery may be extended to a maximum of 14 calendar days. You will be notified of any significant delay.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your Steam account remains eligible to receive trade offers throughout the delivery period: your Trade URL must be valid and current, Steam Guard must be active for at least 15 days, and your account must be free of active trade bans, holds, or inventory restrictions.
  • LootNex accepts no liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from invalid Trade URLs, user-imposed Steam restrictions, incorrect account configuration, or actions taken by Valve Corporation outside our control.
  • If an Item is not delivered within the specified timeframe or does not match the listed description, you are entitled to request a refund or alternative delivery arrangement in accordance with Section 7.

6. Selling Items and Payouts

  • To list an Item for sale on LootNex, you must be the lawful owner of that Item within your Steam inventory, and you must provide an accurate, complete, and non-misleading listing description including condition and quality tier.
  • Upon a successful sale, you are obligated to promptly transfer the sold Item to the buyer via Steam trade offer. Repeated failure to transfer items or cancellation of confirmed trades may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.
  • A platform commission of 10% applies to all successful sales. Your net payout amount is displayed clearly before you confirm a listing.

Payout Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Completion of identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first payout can be processed.
  • Payouts may only be issued to supported payment methods registered in your name.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where payouts are legally permissible under applicable law.

Payout Limits:

  • Minimum payout per transaction: €10.
  • Maximum payout per transaction: €5,000.
  • Approved payouts are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days. Final settlement timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are beyond LootNex’s control.
  • LootNex reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or decline a payout where there are reasonable grounds relating to: payment errors, duplicate transactions, suspected fraud or money laundering, AML/KYC non-compliance, unsupported banking institutions, or prohibited jurisdictions.

Geographic Availability — Payouts are currently supported in the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This list is subject to change. LootNex accepts no liability for your inability to receive payouts due to applicable jurisdictional restrictions.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • Due to the digital and immediate-delivery nature of CS2 cosmetic items, all sales are final once an Item has been successfully transferred to your Steam inventory, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • Orders may only be cancelled before payment processing has commenced. To request a cancellation, contact info@lootnex.com immediately. LootNex cannot guarantee cancellation once payment processing has begun.
  • A refund may be requested in the following circumstances: the purchased Item was not delivered within 14 calendar days; the Item delivered does not match the listed description in a material respect; or the transaction was processed in error. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 14 calendar days of refund confirmation.
  • LootNex reserves the right to refuse refund requests where fraudulent intent, policy abuse, or material misrepresentation is identified.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on LootNex and may result in immediate account termination, withholding of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

  • Engaging in or facilitating any unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or fraud of any kind.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, listing, trading, or identity verification.
  • Attempting to compromise, probe, or exploit the security, infrastructure, automated systems, or source code of the LootNex platform.
  • Using bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or non-human tools to interact with the platform without prior express written consent from LootNex.
  • Manipulating Item prices, artificially inflating listing volumes, or engaging in any form of market manipulation or collusion.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, payout limits, promotional policies, or identity verification requirements.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, LootNex staff members, or any third party associated with the platform.
  • Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, payout limitations, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on lootnex.com — including the LootNex brand, logo, website design, interface layout, proprietary code, and textual content — is the exclusive property of Noventra Tech Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • CS2, all associated hero names, cosmetic item names, game assets, and visual content are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. LootNex does not claim ownership of, nor any affiliation with, Valve Corporation or its products.
  • All third-party trademarks referenced on this platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on LootNex does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or commercial relationship.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any LootNex proprietary content without prior express written consent from Noventra Tech Ltd.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Noventra Tech Ltd acts as Data Controller in respect of all personal data collected through lootnex.com, in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes: account creation and management; order processing and Item delivery; identity verification (KYC) and AML compliance; fraud prevention and security monitoring; and payout facilitation.
  • Data may be shared with authorised third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies strictly on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and request portability of your personal data, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To exercise your rights, contact info@lootnex.com.

11. AML, KYC, and Regulatory Compliance

  • LootNex is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements under English law.
  • We implement transaction monitoring, risk-based customer due diligence, and enhanced verification procedures where warranted. Users may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, or other materials at any stage.
  • Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in delayed or refused payouts, temporary account suspension, or permanent termination of access to the platform.
  • Where required by law, LootNex will report suspicious transactions or activities to the relevant competent authorities without prior notification to the user concerned.

12. Transaction Records

  • LootNex maintains a complete record of all transactions conducted through your account, accessible via your account dashboard. Records include transaction type, Item details, date, monetary amount, and current processing status.
  • Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in compliance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
  • LootNex does not provide tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noventra Tech Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of LootNex, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to LootNex in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable English law.
  • LootNex accepts no liability for disruptions, data loss, or failed transactions arising from acts or omissions of Valve Corporation, Steam, or any third-party platform or payment provider.

14. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noventra Tech Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Your fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the LootNex platform.
  • Any violation of applicable law or regulation committed by you.
  • Any infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights arising from your conduct or content submitted on the platform.
  • Any claim brought by a third party resulting directly from your actions on LootNex.

15. Platform Availability and Modifications

  • LootNex is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform — including features, pricing structures, or available Item categories — at any time. Where such modifications would materially affect existing open orders or pending payouts, we will provide reasonable prior notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. LootNex will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

16. Changes to These Terms

  • Noventra Tech Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, or technical developments.
  • Updated Terms will be published on lootnex.com with the revised effective date prominently displayed. Where changes are material in nature, we will provide at least 7 days’ advance notice via email or prominent in-platform notification.
  • Your continued use of LootNex following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform before they come into effect.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of LootNex.
  • Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact LootNex support at info@lootnex.com to attempt amicable resolution. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days.
  • Payment-related disputes are additionally subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant payment network or processor, including applicable Visa and Mastercard chargeback rules.
  • UK and EU consumers may also utilise the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (pursuant to EU Regulation 2024/3228).
