How do I buy a skin?

Head to our shop, pick the skin you're looking for, and go through the checkout. After your payment is verified, we'll send you clear instructions on how to claim your item through Steam or the relevant platform.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are fulfilled within 10–14 business days. In the rare case a skin goes out of stock, we'll offer you a comparable replacement or a complete refund.

Does my Steam inventory need to be public?

Yes. For us to send your item, your Steam inventory must be visible and trade-eligible — make sure Steam Guard is active and there are no restrictions on your account.

What if Steam goes down?

If Steam is under maintenance or experiencing an outage, your delivery may be temporarily delayed. Don't worry — your order stays active and will be fulfilled automatically once Steam is back up.

Is signing in with Steam secure?

Completely. We rely on Steam's official OpenID protocol, so you can log in without ever sharing your password. We have no access to your personal account data.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Yes — as long as the skin hasn't been delivered or claimed yet. Reach out to our support team within 14 days of your purchase and we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that fraudulent claims will not be accepted.

How do I list my skins for sale?

Sign in with Steam, choose which skins you want to sell, set your price, and submit your listing. Once approved, your items will typically appear on the platform within a few hours.
